1. What is the difference between your Income Plan and my bank CD’s?
Your money would earn 40 percent more interest than most banks are currently
paying. Using $1000.00 for example, a 3.75% bank CD would earn $375.00 in interest
over a ten year period while our Income Plan would earn $600.00 in interest.
2. I have never heard of D & E Enterprises?
D & E Enterprises has been in business since it was founded in the
State of New Jersey on May 31, 1966.
3. If I cash in my bank CD before it matures then the interest and even
some of my principal may be lost. What are the penalties with yourplans
on early withdrawals?
We will repay your full principal amount on demand at any time after
one year and within 30 days of your written request. There are no penalties,
fees, or any other charges.
4. The interest rates vary for my bank CD’s. For example, 3.75% for a
six month CD and 4.12% for a one year CD. Can I lock in the rates with
your plans?
The interest rates for both of our plans are stated in advance. The rates
for the Income Plan start at 5.1% the first year and reach 6.9% in the tenth year.
The rate for the Growth Plan is constant at 7.0% and is compounded annually.
5. How is investing in the stock market different from investing in your
plans?
The value of your stock could go up, down, and stay about the same. With our
plans the value just goes in one direction - UP
6. I’ve worked hard for my money, why should I be interested in your plans?
Because all your dollars will be put to work. There are no sales charges,
commissions, or management fees to nibble away on your funds. Our plans offer growth,
income, and safety.
7. Can I get an interest payment every month on the 15th?
Yes, use three Income Plan Loan Certificates starting one month apart.
Our on-line pay system would mail our check a week in advance to meet your schedule.
8.
Can my brother who lives in Spain apply for your Income Plan?
Since we mail all of our checks, including the quarterly interest checks,
we are not set up to mail outside of the 48 contiguous states in America.
9.
What are the limits on the amount on money I can invest in your plans?
Our plans are available in multiples of one thousand dollars.
